New CTO appointed at Adept4 as company eyes aggressive growth in cloud space

Adept4 appoints industry authority Mike Williams as chief technology officer as it continues its journey to become one of the UK’s premier managed cloud services providers.

The appointment comes as the company begins a period of investment in its managed and cloud services portfolio.

Mike brings an exceptional tenure in the managed services space, with a specific focus on Microsoft technologies. His 30 years' experience culminated in seven years at Microsoft where he was a technology strategist assisting MSPs in growing revenue through building services-led portfolios. 

With a proven track record and extensive experience in service development, architecture and product marketing strategy, in his new role Mike will be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of managed services portfolio and fostering eco-system partnerships, while leading, coaching and developing the services and delivery teams.   

Mike comments on his appointment:

As chief technology officer, Mike will focus heavily on ensuring Adept4 is properly tooled to engage in a deeper level of managed services. With the increase in cloud computing opportunities and the ongoing changes to the Microsoft partner ecosystem, Mike intends to work closely with his teams to deliver a noticeably improved set of competencies and a superior range of skills.
